GDPR changes on the website

News May 21, 2018: GDPR changes on the website

As the EU General Data Protection Regulation becomes effective on 25 May 2018, we had to disable some function.

With the coming into force of the new EU GDPR and the associated legal uncertainty, we decided to remove all scripts on our website that transfer data to third countries.

In concrete terms, we unfortunately had to remove all Facebook commentary features, the AddThis social sharing scripts and the Twitter timeline and follow buttons. From now on you unfortunately have to call our accounts Twitter or Facebook directly to get an overview of our social media content.

Here you will find the updated Privacy Notice

We will monitor the development, lawsuits and bargains arising from the new regulation in the near future and, if necessary, make changes to the website again.
